Composed two original song arrangements and skillfully coached 9 novice band members in both performance and choreography. Led to increased official performances for significant MINDEF/SAF events, including NDOC 2022 and World Mental Health Day Proactively expanded my musical knowledge by shadowing full-time guitarists in arranging lead sheets and performing at various events.
